Returns

Every OWR piece is created with intention. If something doesn’t align, here’s how returns work — simple, clear, and fair.

Return Window

A return request can be placed within 48 hours of order delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for return.

Book / Track Return

Pickup & Quality Check

Once your return is booked:

  • A pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours
  • The product will be delivered to our warehouse
  • A quality check (QC) will be conducted upon arrival

Refund Process

After successful quality verification, the refund amount will be credited to your OWR Wallet.

Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on OWR.

Return Charges

A return handling fee of ₹200 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.
