Return Policy

At OWR, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Booking

  • Returns must be booked within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please DM us on Instagram at @owr.life.

2. Return Pickup

  • Once your return is booked, a delivery partner will pick up the order within 48 hours from your address.

3. Return Charges

  • A return charge of ₹200 will be applicable.

  • This charge will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited only to your OWR Wallet (not to bank accounts or other payment methods).

  • The refunded amount can be used for your future purchases with us.

5. Quality Check & Processing

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC) process.

  • After successful QC approval, your refund will be processed.

6. Timelines

  • The complete return and refund process usually takes 6–7 working days from the date of pickup.

✅ Note: Products must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns that fail QC will not be eligible for a refund.
